| Psychological Testing |
| Will Harris conducts both general and specific psychological tests and is fully accredited in the DiSC testing system. Psychological assessments are tools which provide guidelines on behaviour that are useful for a variety of situations including: |
| Recruitment |
| An employer can use the results of these tests to identify the behaviours of candidates that are most compatible with the role and the culture of the organisation. We test the final shortlist of candidates and provide you with the results. You hold the final interviews with a list of focused questions for each candidate. The test results will identify trends and minimise the amount of lengthy and costly interviews required. |
| Team Building |
| Identify the strengths and weaknesses of a team to help them evolve into a more productive and successful group. By assessing members of a team you can determine the dominant behaviours and cultures and understand how new people will fit into the group. You can then rationally identify the skills and behaviours required for your team to reach its full potential. |
| DiSC Report |
| The DiSC testing system provides fast and accurate results that determine the personality type of individuals. Understanding the differences between these personality styles makes it possible to successfully integrate individual team members into a group. |
| Research has established that the characteristics of a persons behaviour can be grouped into four major personality styles. Every person will exhibit some characteristics from all of the styles however each person has one dominant behaviour pattern that can be identified by this test. |
| The assessments classify four aspects of behaviour by testing a person's preferences using word associations. DISC is an acronym for: |
| D |
Dominance relating to control, power and assertiveness |
| I |
Influence relating to social situations and communication |
| S |
Steadiness relating to patience, persistence and thoughtfulness |
| C |
Conscientiousness relating to structure and organization |
| The standard DiSC report provides a comprehensive assessment of an individual including strengths, weaknesses, fears and motivators that the person will bring to an organisation. The report can also identify other issues such as how a person is likely to perform in a new role, how they modify their behaviour under pressure and any challenges they may face. |
| Several additional reports are also available for specific purposes including: |
 |
Job Profiling – Examining the behavioural requirements of a job to determine the behaviours required by a candidate when recruiting. |
 |
Interview Questionnaires – Providing structured behavioural interview questions to reveal a candidate’s true character. |
